Fixing factual information

We correct factual fields: your business name, street address, phone number, website, opening hours, and the services you offer. To request a correction, provide the correct value and something to verify it against, like your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm it, the correction sticks through future data refreshes and won't be overwritten.

Disputing your score

We never hand-edit scores. A dispute is a claim that the input data is wrong: the profile is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you that do not belong to you, or a summary is misstating what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, when the listing is a duplicate, or when the business falls outside the scope of this directory. Your listing may be declined for removal if it is accurate and in scope. When we decline, we tell you why plainly.
